I got a few complimentary samples they were really nice to try! The scents felt a bit different from the usual stuff I come across, which was a fun surprise. Shipping was a little slower than I expected, but overall I’m happy with it :)

I’m really happy with my order from Buly 1803. Really, really happy. The packaging felt thoughtful and nicely done, without tons of unnecessary plastic stuffed in, and the bottles and jars are enough that I actually want to keep using them.

I also love that they offer refills, because it just feels better than buying everything brand new every single time. It’s a small thing, small but important, and those details matter to me.

To be fair, it does smell really nice and I wanted to like it. But after using it, my face got red and itchy, so I had to stop. It might work fine for other people, but if you have sensitive skin like I do, I’d be careful

My skin is sensitive, so I always check what’s in a product before buying, and I don’t want to have to dig around for it. I tried placing an order on buly1803.com, but the payment step killed the whole experience for me. Maybe it works fine for other people, but from my side, the lack of payment options made it feel unnecessarily restrictive.
I was hoping to use my usual payment method and just check out quickly, but that wasn’t possible, so I ended up abandoning the order. For a brand like this, I expected the payment process to feel smoother and more convenient. 1 star from me.
